โUns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist extrem schรถn eingerichtet. Tolle Mischung aus traditionellem Erzgebirge Charme und Moderne. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer toll eingerichtet, modern und รคuรerst geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefรผhlt und wรผrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. โ

The rooms were very clean, service was attentive and prompt, and access was easy. The castle exterior is impressive and has been well-kept. The castle interior is now more of an exhibition space than anything resembling castle quarters or museum. But again, that is the castle.
The hotel rooms themselves were ornate, clean, and beds were comfortable. We reserved one of the bridal suites, so we had an abundance of space.

โI really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. Itโs located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants.
I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasnโt prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy.
