"Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was told to come down and get it. Whereas the night we checked in the staff on duty were delivering items to guests.
The bar was a nice touch a bit on the expensive side bit views were great.
Summary good, clean hotel that is centrally located and you can get around the city very easily from here."
