Great little hotel. We arrived after hiking the TMB for a one night stay before flying out in the morning. Small but very comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff. Close to the train station. Spent an afternoon and evening exploring based on staff recommendations and loved it. Neighborhood a little sketchy, but the hotel is an oasis.

The staff was great, bed was comfy, room was clean, AC worked, and the pool was lovely. My only complaint is that the room was so small there was hardly place for my partner and I to open our suitcases. Also the showers (and bathroom) were cheaply built and our shower leaked across the room at one point but we caught it before it reached our stuff.

Very small room. Fairly basic. Shower is off the bedroom and sink in bedroom. Good AC. Staff friendly. Breakfast simple but ok. Area towards the station a little seedy at night. Carpet stained. Cleanliness could be better. But ok for single night. Prob more 2-3 star.
