The location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to the train station and access to many bus stops. We spent 2 nights at this hotel and it was very quiet considering it is located in a busy area. There are many brasseries, cafes and pubs nearby along with grocery shopping for much needed amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near the train station, coffee always available in the lobby at no cost, professional and friendly staff. The room was small, air conditioning difficult to control, window view was a back alley. Stairway carpeting should have been cleaned sometime this decade.

Room was clean and tidy. It was at the front of the property on the main road but it wasn't too noisy, despite us being used to it being very quiet at home. Staff were very helpful. They loaned us an adaptor when we didn't have one for Switzerland and were happy to keep our cases all day after we checked out.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The room was clean, but it was a little “worn out” in that hotel once you passed the lobby. Would I stay there again? Yeah. Would I describe it as luxurious? Not really. But it was at an excellent location in Geneva!

Staff were helpful, the room was clean and a good temperature. The beds were really comfortable, and sufficient amount of space for 3 adults. Great location, easy walking distance to most attractions, and a great benefit getting the free Geneva travel pass so we could use the trams for some of the attractions beyond walking distance like CERN.
