We really enjoyed our stay at the Doya Hotel. We actually stayed in two different rooms...one traditional and one with two doubles. I really enjoyed the rooms, but I will say that I felt like the bed was too soft. Either way, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and we would definitely go back. We also LOVED that you're one of the few hotels that keeps the pool open past August.

숙소 깨끗하고 시설 좋고 직원분들 친절해요! 수영장까지 있는데!! 가성비도 너무 좋네요~ 통영가려다가 아기 갈수 있는 호텔 없어서 찾았는데 너무너무 좋네요~~ 침대도 넓어서 아기랑 셋이 누워잤어요. 수건도 더주신다하고 필요한거있으면 말하라고 해주시고. 비와서 수영장못간게 아쉬울뿐입니다ㅜㅜ

가격대비 깔끔하고 수건 넉넉하게 제공해줌 프론트가 친절하다 생각보다 숙소가 너무 괜찮앗어서 만족도가 높음 수영장이 정말 깨끗하게 잘 관리하고 계셔서 놀랏다 친구랑 계속 수영복 가져올걸 하고 아쉬워했다 야외수영장은 유명한 호텔도 컨디션 별로인 경우가 많아서 고려도 안하고 있었는데... 수영장 진짜진짜 깨끗합니다 수영복 꼭 가지고 가세요

화장실 어이없는 곳
전체적으로 청결하고 일하시는 분들이 친절합니다. 그런데 저희가 묵은 별관만 그런지는 모르겠지만 화장실 문이 잠금이 애초에 없는 문입니다. 일행이 가족이든 연인이든 이상하지 않나요. ㅡㅡ 왜 이런 시스템인지 의아할 정도. 그리고 샤워기 수압은 좋은데 배수가 잘 안됐습니다. 하수구가 화장실 바닥보다 높은 이상한 구조;; 이것도 애초 시공이 잘못된 듯. 그밖에는 그럭저럭. 주차장 경사 급하니 주의하세요.

애기들 포함한 4인가족여행
평일에 가서 다른 숙박객들이 별로 없어 조용했어요. 애들이 있어서 온돌방으로 예약했는데 방도 크고 좋았어요. 뷰는...1층이라 바로앞 주차장이랑 옆건물에 가려서 좀 아쉬웠지만..서비스 나쁘지 않았고 건물이 좀 오래되보였지만 청결은 엄청 좋더라구요 그게 제일 맘에 들었어요~다음에 애기들 데리고 또 갈 마음있어요~전체적으로 만족한 숙박이였네요~^^

뷰최고 조식은 간단히 먹을만하다. 객시넓어서좋으나 욕실문 미닫이 소리나고 안좋다 취사는안되지만 간단한주방시설은 참으로 유용하다.재방문의사있다

갑작스레 아이들이랑 가족 여행으로 1박 다녀왔어요 수영장이 있고 깨끗한 곳으로 찾았는데 만족합니다 직원분들이 많으셔서 그런지 굉장히 깔끔했어요 다만 수영장 물이 차가워서 어린아이들은 힘들거같아요 저흰 4,5세는 입술이 시퍼렇게 되서도 놀더라구요 다음 여름에도 재방문 의사 있습니다

방 컨디션이나 청결은 매우 좋은 편입니다. 방안에 스파가 있어 에어컨 밑에서 스파 할수 있어 좋은것 같습니다. 다만 ... 아쉬운 점이 있다면 바베큐장이 수영장 옆 야외에 있다보니 우천시 이용 불가 이던데 대형 파라솔이나 지붕이 있으면 날씨에 상관없이 이용 가능할것 같아요

가족여행으로 완전 추천하는 도야가족호텔!
제가 목요일에 예약했다고 생각했는데 알고보니 수요일에 예약했더라구요... 그것도 스위트룸이였는데ㅠㅠ 근데 도야가족호텔측에서 목요일로 다시 예약 바꿔주시고 별관에서 뷰도 최고 좋은대로 잡아주셨어요 너무너무 감사했어요~ 저의 실수로 가족여행을 망칠뻔 했는데 친절하게 응대해주시고 수건이랑 물도 챙겨주시고 시설도 깔끔하고 식기도 깨끗하고 넓직해서 너무 좋았어요!! 그리고 해수욕장이 바로 옆이라서 좋았답니다! 완전 추천해요

휠체어 이용하시는 분들에게 추천해요! 아닌분들도 강력추천!
1박 2일 이용했고, 휠체어 이용 가능한 객실이 있다는 점에서 너무 만족했어요. 물론 미리 연락을 안드려서 실제로 이용은 못했지만.. 다음에는 꼭 이용해보고 싶네요! 수영장도 아이들 이용하는 수심 낮은 풀, 일반 풀 모두 있어서 좋았어요. 튜브에 바람 넣는 에어건도 따로 있었고, 수영장 주변에 선배드 같은 것들이 있어서 놀다가 쉬는 것도 가능했어요. 특히 수영장 옆에서 바베큐도 가능해요! 사장님, 직원분들께서 너무 친절하시고.. 퇴실하때는 ‘물이라도 한병 드릴까요?’ 친절하게 여쭤봐주시고.. 첫 거제도 여행인데 너무너무 만족했어요!! 다음에 거제도 가게되면 또 이용할겁니다!
