"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "
"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. "The staff were really kind and helpful and the room was quite spacious and had basic amenities. The hotel is right beside Busan Station so it was easy to take the metro and the KTX to Seoul. "We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan.
