Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!

Communication and ease of checking in was excellent. The apartments are adjacent to the beach through a back entrance of the apartment block. Our apartment overlooked the busy road and mosque making it quite loud- especially at night. The motorcycles were nonstop. It is a very basic, budget friendly way to be in the area.

The apartment was clean and perfect for a family. The amenities such as washing machine, water filter and basic cooking equipment made the experience much more comfortable. It is based at the quieter end of Batu Ferringi which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle but is still close enough to walk to the action and a large variety of restaurants. Gemeine gave us all the information we needed to book in after hours without any problems along with how to run all the appliances. She gave us some great information about what to do/see and made herself available if need be. I have already recommended the apartment to family who will be visiting later this year and will definitely be booking here for our next trip.

The unit is fantastic! Super spacious and modern. And the contact person/host is also super helpful. However this beautiful unit is marred by its location that is right next to a mosque. First of all, let me say that im not racist or a religious bigot, but it can be frustrating when you are being awakened up in the morning like 5+am everyday by the noise coming from the mosque while you are in the midst of a holiday! Realised that it was really bad on the weekend (sunday) when there's an extended version of the chanting/talking.. If you can sleep with the noise, then this unit is absolutely beautiful!

The facilities and conditions of the apartment was excellent. The property is located at the heart of tourist spot so plenty of restaurants and local cuisine to eats. Only draw back was the beach. Golden sand but sea water quality was poor.
