"What a wonderful room "

"Was a full house and only issue was the snow at the back which limited parking. Breakfast was well stocked and the area clean. Great job we will be back"

"Property was fine with limited extras, which was fine for me. No pool / hot tub, no dining. Of the two vending machines, one did not work. Parking spots are quite tight for large cars / trucks and filled up quickly. There was a hockey team(s) there Friday night which was quite loud - nothing to do with the hotel as parents should have been reigning their kids in will before 2300; but kids will be kids. The TV / satellite kept cutting in and out, snow / wind? I did not really care because I was not in the room much except to sleep but could be frustrating for others. Free breakfast was fine for me. Room was clean and well stocked."

"Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell. The staff were welcoming and friendly, despite working / breathing in paint fumes. They provided us with a brown bag breakfast in lieu of a continental breakfast. It would have been extremely helpful if Expedia / Quality Inn had advised us of the current conditions in advance."
