"The room structure was very inconvenient and unsafe. There were logs of wood jutting out in the form of tables or something like that. And it was very hard to communicate with the hotel staff. Will not stay again. "

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "It was different than what was sold via pictures/description. Also no internet or real cleaning material to leave property as requested. It was also difficult to get the key code when we arrived. Other than that it was a good place and near a nice town/area. "

"Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "
