“I really liked this hotel for its uniqueness, location, stunning views, and great staff. You have to keep in mind that the building is very old, from something like the 1600’s , and there are nuisances to any old building versus a new structure. There are areas that could use some upgrades, simple things like pillows but that being said, the benefits of this gem are worth it.”

“Plenty of parking although can be competitive for spots in the weekend. Staff was superb, offering ideas of what to explore, and even helping us reserve at the full booked restaurant. Quiet from 11pm-7am when the church bells waken the town. Room was very good for a pencion and at night the sound of the ocean sooths the soul.”

“This is a beautiful hotel on a working vineyard. Delicious breakfast buffet and a complementary bottle of their wine. It is only a seven minute walk by into town, with free parking on site. A true pleasure all around !”

“Had an amazing stay at Hotel Itxas Gain Getaria! We spend a few evenings in Getaria visiting family, and the hotel was the perfect location for the visit. The staff was very helpful, highlighting the different attractions and restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean and well appointed (the Nespresso machine was a plus). I'll be staying there again if I'm back in the area.”
