"The motel is cleaner than it was a month ago - its a good improvement. The room has everything required for an overnight or longer-term stay. The split AC unit did take some time to warm the room up but it was cold outside. The staff may need some bedmaking instruction as my bed was made like it was short-sheeted (that brings back memories) - it was just a matter of pulling the bedding at the bottom bedding out so you could put the covers up above your chest... I didn't hear any road noise...

"It was a pleasant surprise to find on arrival that not only was breakfast for two included but also were two free drinks in the hotel. We particularly liked their lovely black cat who met us in the morning and deigned to allow us a pat. Great accom and location away from the CBD. Only downside was noisy traffic from passing trucks."

"Dubbo Rhino Lodge was a pleasant surprise! The glamping tent was spacious, clean and lovely, not to mention warm! The heating worked very well. We loved the restaurant! The meals were very cheap and delicious. The facilities around the lodge were great, the kids had fun on the playground, and I was able to use the shared laundry to catch up on some washing. All of our dealings with staff were pleasant. If we ever come back to Dubbo, we will definitely stay here again."
