"Bella struttura vicino al centro di Giarre comodo il parcheggio nel cortile bella la piscina interna e molto gentile e accogliente Simona. Purtroppo tante anche le cose che non andavano innanzitutto il letto scomodissimo (due materassi singoli su un letto matrimoniale che continuavano a staccarsi e uscivano dalle doghe)…la finestra dava sulla strada principale e pessimo l’ isolamento acustico….l’aria condizionata sparava proprio sul letto rendendo impossibile l’ utilizzo, scarico del bagno...

"A hotel with a lot of potential but just failed to deliver on a number of levels: - service was disappointing, on check in advised the restaurant was not avaialble for guests as there was a private party with no apology - areas around the pool had not been cleared of previous guests drinks and snacks Hotel secreted on the edge of a housing estate, with sea view from balcong more like a view of hundreds of roof tops."

"Hotel was nice and we were pleased with a room. Downside was that it was quite hard to reach the place and you needed a bit of a ride to get anywhere more interesting. Also, wifi was only accessible in a small area around reception, but not in the room itself. The person who meet us when we arrived was hardly helpful and reluctant to answer any questions we had."

"We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had easy parking. The hotel was so much better than I expected. The front desk checked us in early. Massimo was so friendly and could answer all our questions. He have us excellent directions to return our car rental. We never would have found it without his help. The room had a patio which we enjoyed very much. I would highly recommend this hotel. However the restaurant I would not recommend. It was super expensive and the food was not very good. "
