"Nice updated hotel. Comfy bed. Quiet. Front Desk staff and house keeping are friendly and efficient. Wasn't impressed by the breakfast. The Girl running it had no customer service skills. We skipped breakfast the next day. Curious if she spoke English and she definitely didn't like us, for no reason. We smile and welcome anyone we see. Thats the Tennessee way. She needs to go to charm school, or ask for a little kindness to your neighbor."
"We enjoyed our stay overall, and the complimentary s’mores kit was a really nice touch. The cabin was a good size, and we loved having the kitchenette. The hammocks and fire pits throughout the property were also a great addition and made the atmosphere feel extra cozy.
The biggest downside was the cleanliness. While housekeeping came daily, the cabin wasn’t as clean as we expected. We stayed in a two-bedroom cabin, and although both beds had been used, housekeeping never cleaned or refreshed the smaller bedroom. I had actually slept there the first night because I wasn’t feeling well, but it seemed like they assumed only one bedroom was being used and skipped it entirely.
Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the property, but better attention to cleanliness and housekeeping would have made this an easy 5-star experience."
"Staff friendly and helpful Property well maintained. Just a note lodge is not air conditioned. Room was warm in the evening in July, when trying to fall asleep . Stayed there because we wanted to be in Yellowstone and not spend a lot of time in room. By 1 am or 2 am temperature drops outside and room comfortable with window open. There was a portable fan in closet filled with dust so we didn't use it"
"The room was big, clean. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows per bed, which was wonderful! The main room was cooled by an air conditioner, but the air didn't reach the separate bedroom. There were fans stored in the room, but we didnt see them until the next morning. We didn't eat the breakfast because my child is gluten sensitive.
The staff was personable and helpful, giving us recommendations on where to eat dinner."
