"Beautiful view of the sunrise, ocean and St Barts. Unit and property tidy and well maintained. Very friendly and accommodating housekeeping and front desk staff. Would definitely return to Princess Heights. Recommend rental car to access other areas of the island. "

"The ladies at the activity desk and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The property is showing signs of aging, and needs some maintenance and repairs. Our specific unit needs some upgrades and replacements (mattress, chairs, faucets, etc...). The lighthouse as a whole is great, as there is a more private gym and pool facility. The property itself is in a great location, being away from the hustle of everything. Getting through traffic to get there sucks, but it's nice and quiet. There needs to be some effort to clean their section of Dawn beach though."

"Our room was a Deluxe room with Ocean View which faced the ocean with a view of the pool side. Loved this as could also hear the music from outside. Very clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and approachable. At the beach area the staff/waiter/waitress were amazing, very upbeat and created an incredible happy, relaxing atmosphere. One of the staff noticed sun burn on my granddaughter and said he will get the "doctor" lol and brought another waiter whose name I dont recall but started with a "C" (of Indian descent), this gentleman was so caring he brought aloe for her to use and made sure there was ice in a bucket to keep it cool. The restaurants were great. Felt very safe there, great resort for family. The towel staff were very nice. This resort was absolutely amazing, everything was flawless. Would go back there in a heart beat."

"Our bungalow was well setup with everything we needed for our stay but the highlight was the large, private covered balcony overlooking the water. There were 3 restaurants within walking distance (BZH was our particular favorite)! We would definitely stay here again!"

"I don't think the owner did justice to the property. The first thing that struck us was how every single member of the staff went above and beyond to be helpful; they were incredibly kind - we were told it is the island way. As for the 3 bedroom accommodation, we had an ocean view, the condo was exceptionally spacious, the master bedroom with a balcony and not just its own bathroom but a powder room, then a large shower room and then a separate bathroom for the toilet. The kitchen dining living room was open with gorgeous views and opened onto another balcony with chairs to enjoy coffee and food along with the views. The place was immaculate. "
