Cons: not much but the main thing was the very smelly hallway they have from the back door that leads to the reception. "Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms which are like mini apartments! Balconies have a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Great parking directly outside the hotel. Rooms have two levels, with kitchen and living space upstairs, and bathroom/bedroom downstairs. Breakfast was wonderful, great service from staff and picturesque view. "The gentleman that ran the breakfast buffet, was so wonderful. When we checked out of the Hotel, it was raining and we had a 2 hour wait before our train. He let us stay in the dining room for comfort and kept checking on us ….. mind you it was closed in the restaurant…. Offering us tea or coffee. So kind !!"

"What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality! This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay. I will be staying here again next time I am in Interlaken. Cheers!"
