"Also die Inhaberin Frau inci ist eine Respektlose Frau muss man echt sagen. Stromausfälle gab’s mehrmals keine gute Kommunikation mit ihr. Von außen ist das Hotel noch in Betrieb und viel Baustelle, aber die Mitarbeiter waren super und freundlich."

"The suites are spacious and clean and fantastic value for the price. The staff are fantastic and will help you with anything you need. A special thank you to the two Khaleds and Islam who helped us a lot. Khaled helped us on numerous occasions from dropping us to the security gate in the Tuktuk to sorting out any general issues with the rooms. Fantastic place, would definitely visit again. "

"Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."
