"Facility just opened the night prior to our stay per the lady checking us in. The lady checking us in seemed untrained on the computer process and coding our key cards. We were locked out of our room several times and the front staff had no clue how to recode our cards. There was no hot water in our room and for a 2 queen room there was only one towel and one washcloth/hand towel in the room. We asked for more and the front staff were not friendly at all.
