This was our 4th stay however unsure if we would return. An error was made by the resort re some booking arrangements and transport, which they denied, however i had emails which proved otherwise. On forwarding these received no response or acknowledgment. Sheets were dirty and had holes in them, we requested they be changed. On our return they replaced king sheet with 2 singles for the rest of our stay? Tried to book a massage by ph, told i had to go to reception, then given incorrect info at time of massage and the massage was cut short by 10mins. The breakfast was terrible and always cold, but the fruit selection was ok. Other than reception staff the others were lovely. Overall, the stay was weird, the resort disorganised with noticable cost cutting. One positive is they gave us a free boat transfer when we left, however still never took responsibility for the arrival transfer mess up. We spent 1 month in Bali in various locations with no issues except here. Such a shame as such a beautiful location and so much potential. I hope they lift their game.

What a lovely hotel in an amazing place!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were tentative to our needs and the beach bungalow which we stayed in was excellent! We ate our meals regularly in the hotel and the food was lovely, as well as the cocktails! The hotel is situated right in front of the most amazing coral reef filled with an abundance of sea life including turtles. The hotel kindly arranged a private boat to take us to the neighbouring islands and back. Snorkelling equipment and towels were always available and the swimming pool was very clean. All in all I wish I could’ve stayed much longer!

Not a great stay at Seri Resort!
Let me start by saying I searched a LOT of hotels on Gili Meno before deciding to go with Seri. On the surface, this hotel appears nice at first. Then as soon as you look a little closer, you notice a lot of things that need attention. The white curtains in the room were ripped and stained. The white sheets in the room were also stained. Because the curtains are white, they let in a lot of light causing us to be woken each morning very early during our stay. We were only there for two days and in that time, the shower suddenly turned off twice in the middle of the shower. We had to call the reception and they came to fix it but it took some time and it was quite aggravating. The WiFi was very spotty and there are different networks for different areas in the hotel causing some inconvenience for signing in over and over. The beach is all crushed coral and very painful to walk on so water shoes are a must. The sliding door to the bathroom area was off the track and did not close easily. The staff was nice enough but did not do anything above or beyond (we had just come from a hotel in Ubud that could not have been nicer or more accommodating). They did not ask us how our stay was upon checkout nor did they apologize for any of the issues we had. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here and I would not recommend this hotel.

Quaint hotel on the beach
Beautiful property on the beach. Helpful staff and quite prompt service. The speed boats can drop you off just in front of the hotel. Rooms are just right for two persons, triple occupancy is trying to squeeze in an extra person. Extra mattress provided on the floor. The entire property is sparkling clean. A nice swimming pool in front of the sea for those who want an extra dip in the water. Good food and drinks. The breakfast is more like a brunch where one can order from a fixed menu. Quality of food is excellent. Many small eating places along the beach for those who want to experiment different eating places. The hotel itself is around 5-7 mins walk from the so called activity center of the island where most of the shops are. The only negative is that the beach in front of the hotel is not very good for swimming. Sharp marine residues on the ocean floor makes it difficult to walk with bare foot. There are other areas on the island which are better for swimming.

We had a great time at Seri Resort, best hotel in Gili Meno without a doubt. Fantastic swimming pool and turtles just a step from the hotel. The hotel seriously needs to improve the breakfast, it was quite bad!

The hotel is in front of the beach and one of the best sport to do snorkeling from the beach. Has a really good swimming pool. The hotel looks clean and neat. Breakfast was really good. It has a restaurant that is good too if you want dinner or lunch in the same place. Because is a really good hotel is Full of people, so not so quiet if you want to have your Gili Meno experience, but we have a wonderful time

I am severely disappointed in Seri Resort on Gili Meno. The pictures look beautiful but the place is a half a star at best. The rooms were extremely dirty. Stains on the sheets, pillows and curtains, tons of stains. Shower is concrete resembling a public shower on a dirty beach, and different bugs throughout the room, as well as a cockroach in the shower. The restaurant was a joke. Pretty views but poor food quality. There are two cats with missing limbs running around the dinning room from outside. I had a black hair in my tacos. When I informed the waitress that I didn’t want to eat else and wanted to just pay for my drink, she went and ordered a completely different meal I didn’t ask for and said it would be just fine. I didn’t want to eat because there was hair in my food not because I decided on something else? I told her I didn’t want to order that or eat that, and paid for my drink. The restaurant and pool servers made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Constantly asking me questions about my personal life and why I was traveling alone, one even to asked to take pictures with me while in my swimsuit. Also, the pool servers uncomfortably stare that the women all day long and it’s not okay. Overall, extremely overpriced, dirty and not something I wouldn’t recommend whatsoever.

A location for couples. Possible to reach by walking from the harbor but also by the island horse and carriage. I went snorkeling and visited the other side of the island as well. Babeque evenings at the hotel was nice.

The Best hotel in Gili Meno
Lovely hotel, easy to walk around the island from here, Quiet and relaxing space. great rooms, excellent strong wifi and good buffet breakfast. This is on a perfect beach with turtles in the shallows directly opposite the hotel. The hotel can organise snorkelling or dive trips but its cheaper to book direct at local shops. There are lots of local restaurants nearby with sunsset views and live music too. My only negative comment is there is no shade over the pool and the water was too hot to relax in!

Rough start getting a beachside bungalow that was so full sun that the air-con didn't even cool the room down. Hotel moved us no probs to one that was a bit more shady and then it was wonderful. Loved being able to barefoot walk around the whole place. The pool was full sun so by the end of the day it was too hot to swim in. Kids pool was shaded but right next to their sewerage pipes so anytime anyone flushed the toilet there was a horrible smell. The beach here is beautifully clean and snorkelling/swimming amazing! Heaps of turtles swimming about.

We stayed 1 whole week in September and it was great! very relaxing and a lot of snorkelling. The swimming pool is just TOP. A bit pricy compared to the rest of the island. We recommend spending some time visiting around, you might discover some amazing places. Very good holiday :)

Give a "Bale Hut" a try!
We had booked a "Bale Hut" without realising and it was truly a great and memorable experience. Basic and simple and that's all you need in the resort as the pool area is so nice! We both had the best nights sleep we'd had in over a month of travelling. 1/2 mosquito bites but nothing insane considering you are basically sleeping outdoors. I highly recommend. It was our favourite island of the 3 Gili's as if was calm and un-spoilt. Nice food to be found around the island too. The "Hut" was cleaned daily and the shared bathrooms always clean and fresh. There was a fan that was better than most AC!!

Only negative is the "sea view" of the bungalows, because there is no direct seaview from the room, which was very disappointing and from the first suggested bungalow it was very far to see the ocean so we got great support from the staff to move to a better located bungalow, but this one had still no direct sea view

We had 5 nights stay here. It was so beautiful. Really relaxing and quiet. The hotel is lovely and clean and staff are great. Breakfast is yummy - best banana pancakes!! Snorkelling just out the front of the hotel is called turtle heaven and we saw heaps of turtles and fish here! Awesome holiday!! Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the hotel staff, particularly the good humour of reception staff Wira. We stayed in beach bungalows at the back of the resort. They are very basic but comfortable, however mosquitos can be an issue if you don't hurry under the mosquito net. They are plenty of loungers and bean bags around the pool and beach to relax. The only real issue I would point out is that I feel the cost of the resort was far too high. Everything from the food to hiring a snorkel felt like they were having a bit of a laugh. However, a relaxing environment and a great place to recharge.

My first night on gili memo was at a different resort and it was horrible. then I found Seri and we decided to give it another shot. We're so glad we did! The resort is so clean, comfortable and relaxing we didn't want to leave... ever.

The hotel is clean and kept up impeccably. Pool is lovely and has drink service and plenty of seating for beach or pool. Dining area is on second floor with steep steps, and a shisha lounge is on the 3rd floor. Views to ocean and Mt. Rinjani on Lombok are good on clear days. Easy to rent kayaks and snorkelling equipment on-site.

Overall, the resort is very high quality. Definitely more like a 4-star than a 2-star. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is very good, and the spa was also very nice. I stayed in one of the cottages, and it was adorable. The bathroom was very spacious, and immaculate. The only complaint about the room is that you can feel a little on display, as the bedroom is surrounded by windows, and the cottages are on the main pathway through the resort. Easily solved by closing the curtains, but then you can't see the view! The resort is a bit of a walk from some of the other resorts/restaurants on the island, but the food was very good, so I didn't mind eating there every night. Breakfast was fine, but pretty limited. Pool area was very nice, although pool itself seemed to not be the cleanest (not dirty, but a little cloudy). Other minor issues were no blankets on the beds, just a sheet, and because of the remote location of the island, power outages can be frequent (sometimes multiple times per hour). I actually didn't mind this (part of the charm), but the a/c had to be manually re-started each time the power went out, so if it happened while you were sleeping or outside, the room could get quite warm. But, those were really pretty minor inconveniences. Overall, a really great place to stay that I would return to.

Beautiful resort near beach
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Seri Resort, Gili Meno. We wanted something special as it was my 60th birthday.It was a very romantic location and would be perfect for honey mooners. There is not much to do for children so it's definitely a place for adults. After snorkelling and swimming with the turtles (which was brilliant) we didn't find anything else to do so three days is probably enough. We had no idea that we had to find our own transport via local boat from Gili Trawangen to Gili Meno and then to the resort so that information beforehand would be helpful to others going to Gili Meno for the first time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to others and will return. We believe it was the nicest resort on the whole island (which only takes about an hour and a half to walk around the whole island).

Lovely romantic hotel, with pool overlooking beach
It really surprises me that this is a two star hotel. The only reason I can think it would be so low is the breakfast is very limited. Apart from that I would say this is a high end 3star hotel. Lovely location right on beach, staff are helpful, friendly and approachable. It's a ten win walk from pier. Food is nice and evening meals are served on beach. My only other area for improvement is due to everything being in a brilliant white the curtains don't block out the sunlight which meant I was up very early with sunlight.

Great place!
Great place! Staff is very helpful and friendly, they provide professional service. Hotel is located by the beach, the room was clean, it is possible to rent snorkeling equipment. Food is also quite good. In general this place has the most relaxed feeling from all the Bali and around hotels I've been to. They also play very nice non intrusive music in the lobby, which is quite rare, but also adds to general experience, more hotels should do that.

Amazing place in a beautiful location.
What a beautiful place, in my opinion the best hotel in the island and fantastic value for money. We stayed there for 4 nights and we were sad to leave the place. Not only the place is beautiful, but their staff are the soul of the place. Always there to please you and help you. I remember Aji, one of the guys in the restaurant, always ready to help you and go the extra mile. Something to be aware of, is that the beach in front of the hotel is full of sea urchins, so be careful with them and enjoy the snorkelling.

Bad hotel manager after we pay our bill
Stay at Seri resort on Gili Meno for 9 days. The hotel appears worn and the bathroom smelled sour when we bathed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. However, we had a rather unfortunate experience when we had checked out & paid our bills, we were sitting in the lounge and had just ordered drinks when the manager comes and asks us to move as this is the lounge and only for checked in guests. We immediately chose to leave the hotel on top of this somewhat significant announcement from the manager, who we found to be extremely arrogant and rude. The other staff deeply regretted. Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience on an otherwise good stay. The place often has live music with a barbecue. We tried it once. The side dishes were cold, the prawns and fish for some were grilled too much without taste, and the fish for others was half raw. There is no ladder/stairs down into the pool water, so several elderly people had problems getting in/out of the pool. We also did not experience during our stay that the pool was cleaned. During our extended stay, the bed linen was not changed at all. In relation to the fact that the hotel is a 2-star hotel, both drinks and food are on the expensive side.
