Nice clean rooms and service just one downfall
"The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and polite even maid was polite and did excellent job with making sure hotel was cleaned orderly. Only issue I had was for a room that had two guest in one room they only had one desk chair that rolled and any time you moved in it even a little it creaked ..."

"2nd time staying at Sonder and will stay again. Love the area. We did have issue's with our access code but they quickly reprogrammed it remotely for us. Our tv wasn't able to be watched at all because it needed to be signed into the network. They put in a work order but it was never resolved."
