"This is the 3rd review I am making of Air Sky, and each review gets more and more critical because i submitted a letter of complaint a few days ago and they are not professional enough to even acknowledge receipt of the handwritten letter. The letter wrote itself because I was so upset with the incompetence of one of their staff. Not incompetence exactly, more like rudeness. She apologized for being so rude, but it was not a full apology. She did not acknowledge she did anything wrong. So what she was apologizing for? I don’t know.
I have no idea? No, I do have an idea. And I do have a clue (one of my “friends” before he divided (he and his just “split”) had a new way of saying “I have no idea” by saying “I have zero clue”. It’s a strong way of saying “I don’t know”.
Ms Sun has zero clue about true customer service. I will leave it at that. For her misdeeds (interrupting my conversation with a woman named Kaitlyn at breakfast) the hotel will face a potential lawsuit. I initially asked for 200,000 won penalty. That will no longer suffice once a lawyer is hired today. After all, lawyers need work to survive!!"
