"Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing - very hot and stuffy in the rooms. I tried turning on the air conditioner (it worked as a fan only) and opening the window (not possible with the security lock blocking it). 10 degrees outside and i was suffering from tropics in my room. The buffet was great and overall very clean and friendly."

Breakfast was good value and the lounges comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated The staff were very friendly and helpful . " Our stay at Puracepa Urban Suites was excellent, though I wish we had known in advance how the check-in works. The suite is located inside an apartment building and there is no traditional reception, so the experience feels more like staying in an Airbnb. When we arrived, we spent about twenty minutes trying to figure out how to enter the building. Eventually we found the owner’s phone number on our booking confirmation and contacted him. Communication was very quick, and he immediately explained everything and remotely opened the building door and the elevator. The elevator takes you directly to your suite, where an electronic key card is waiting on the table. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, very spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There is a large bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, which makes it very convenient for longer stays. The suite includes a main bedroom area and an upper level with a jacuzzi and a steam room, which made the stay feel very luxurious. We also included breakfast in our reservation. Communication about breakfast was done through WhatsApp, where we agreed on the delivery time. The host brings the breakfast on a tray and leaves it outside the apartment door, which is located in the stairwell, so you can pick it up and enjoy it in the suite. "All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered) "

"La chambre était propre. Parcontre le personnel à notre arrivé n'était pas très coopératif. Nous n'avions pas mangé de la journée et le restaurant fermait à notre arrivée (16h00) et autres les restaurants sont à 30 minutes de marche et impossible d'avoir un taxi.. aucune aide à l'accueil. Le lendemain matin, nous avons déjeuné sur place et la personne présente qui s'occupait du déjeuner et de l'accueil était simplement merveilleuse, très gentille et serviable. Elle nous a appelé un taxi et celui-ci est arrivé 5 minutes après. "
