I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! It's super convenient being within walking distance of Alona Beach, McDonald's, and Jollibee. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I need assistance, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully decorated. I was delighted to find that they even provide hot water! It's definitely a great value for the money, and I'm already looking forward to returning to Bohol and staying here again.

Rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom and so is the pool but this is expected considering the affordable price. It is in forest/jungle surroundings, a short drive to the beach and airport. I might suggest renting a car or having Grab on your phone to get around. The hotel was opened in January, 2025 so it was very new and clean looking with a nice entrance and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is nothing special but gets the job done. I only stayed one night so I was satisfied enough with it. If I stayed longer I can imagine I’d be tired of it after having it twice. The buffet coffee was instant coffee.

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were fantastic, the breakfast buffet was delicious, but the staff were the best. I believe their names were Joan (there were 2 ladies named Joan) and Shem (I didn't get the spelling), they were the most helpful and nicest people ever at the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback, they really didn't want you swimming in the ocean - the first time they said it was after 5 and no lifeguard was on duty, the second time it was the middle of the day and they said no lifeguard on duty. There were several groups wanting in, finally they brought a lifeguard and we were able to get in water. They really need to fix that - just let it be swim at your own risk. Snorkeling didn't seem to be that great, clear water but not much to see.

The property is a bit dated but still lovely and with amazing views. Wonderful staff. Large rooms. I wouldn't rely on the internet, though. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. It's the best value on the island.

Honestly exceeding our expectations. Ananyana’s facilities and rooms were clean and much bigger than their photos portray. We had a great stay here. The food was good and reasonably priced too.
