Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. Unfortunately the front desk was quite unfriendly. It’s also quite loud so I would keep waking up, every time someone was going up/down the stairs or close their doors.
