"Staff were great!"

"Staff weren't at the desk when I arrived, had to make a call to get someone at the desk. Door on the first room wouldnt close without force, then just wouldn't open at all for me the next day, the staff had to break it open, after they weren't at the desk again for me to ask for help. Bathrooms were not clean. Just didn't feel safe at all being there. Will never stay here again."

"Parking lot full of weeds. Pillows were very small, had to ask for two more, which staff had to get from another room. Photo on website showed facility across the street. New staff member seemed woefully inadequate. Little things like knob on endtable came off in my hand when I tried to open the drawer."
