“All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

“A lovely location. Very easy to walk to the restaurant and attractions in the Bay (eg Millennium Centre, Techniquest). The staff were all very welcoming. Plenty of space in our room with a lovely view of the water. Breakfast was very tasty. The pool was a good size.”

“첫번째 예약했던 룸은 3박4일 머물렀는데, 스텐다드1베드에 장식옷장 에 달린 서랍장, 베드사이드 테이블과 나이스 시티뷰였어요, 두번 째 룸은 조그만 테라스가 달린 건너편 룸이였는데,공간이 너무 작아서 케이스두개놓기에는 너무 좁았어요 유럽의 여름날씨는 바람이 차요 가디건이나 바람막이 자켓이 필요해요,해변앞에 카페도 있고 너무 분위기 있고 이쁘지만, 대화가 통화지 않으면, 아무것도 할수가 없어요”

“Staff polite and helpful, rooms nice size decorated lovely, coffee/tea biscuits and bottled water in room, as well as iron, ironing table and hairdryer. The shower is fab water pressure great..this hotel is in a great position in queens street and will use again when I next stay..”
