"All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! He would always stop by to have nice chats with us during breakfast, ask how our morning has been etc and he was always there if we needed anything. The only complaint I would have is there is no bidet, full length mirror or any shelves in the shower for toiletries. "

The beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful and truly want to help you, especially Hassan the golf manager who arranges golf rounds at the nearby golf club. He went out of his way to make sure my husband was taken care of and listened to all concerns. Hassan was an honest man and truly wanted to make sure the experience was enjoyable and went out of his way to help us. Cleaning of the showers could be better but that is my only complaint. "
