Air conditioning unit did not work well. We could not get our room under 75 degrees throughout our 3 days there. Other than that, no complaints with our time there. Staff was great! & breakfast buffet was good & very attended to by staff.

Our room was very dirty. The bath tub had hair leftover from someone shaving and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Most of the furniture had greasy smudges and there appeared to be body fluid on the wall. Also the outlet in the bathroom did not work. We were unable to get ready in the bathroom and ...

Having NM plates on my car. Had several people cutting me off in traffic. The roads surrounding Glen Carbon are horrific. Glen Carbon overall is beautiful. Shame alot around it is so rundown. People outside of family were just rude.
The location was convenient off the highway but was not particularly close to anything. It was relatively quick to get to restaurants etc. though.
Quick 7 min drive to SIUE
It's my original home--area is continually prosperous. Love to see the area grow
