"Thin walls but nice sized rooms "

"The room was nice. The property was clean and well maintained, the only thing that was concerning to me was the fact that the lady at the front desk assured me that there was Security on the property in the evening watching the parking lot, our vehicles, etc. Yet as I return from work at 3 o’clock in the morning, not one evening, did I see Security on the premises?? Although I did see more than one random homeless person loitering in the parking lot in the middle of the night. So that was a concerning factor for Mi Mi other than that the hotel and the staff were great. "

"We reserve for the weekend , we checked in and paid in cash. Once in our room we saw there was a hole in the bedroom. We let the guy in the front desk know and showed him and said it’s okay it’s okay no worry. The following morning when we tried to shower there wasn’t any hot water. I went to the front desk and let them know. They told me that I had to run the water from the sink and the shower at the same time. We tried that and still there wasn’t any hot water. My family had to shower with cold water. We went to go get breakfast and when we came back a guy was at our door asking us to pay the deposit when we had paid already the night before. We asked for a refund and after 30 mins they agreed and gave us a refund for the one night. They didn’t want to make any accommodation for the hole in the wall and when we mentioned the water they said we should have let them know if though we told them twice. The people at the front desk were very rude I wouldn’t stay here. There was also horrible smell of mold. The walls had water damage."

"The attitude of the front staff, once I got there they told me that they DID NOT have any room for me since I was a Expedia reservation even thought I had Fully paid for the room and had a confirmation on Expedia. I asked them ti refund my money so I could go find something else but they said they couldn’t. Finally after 30 minutes of making me wait and speaking in their native language they gave me a room. This room was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ROOM I HAD EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE !!! I took over a dozen photos which I plan to submit on the Moteis website, on Yelp and on Expedia. The front desk manager was cleaning rooms at 12:30 in the mornin. At 1:00 AM Some one started to do construction, flooring work right above my room number 105. The whole place was noisy with people coming and going, I went outside of my room and could see prostitus come and go in and out of various rooms. The pictures on line are nothing like the place inside or outside. I would not even pay $10 to stay at this dirty motel if I had seen it in person. I ended up sleeping on my clothes as the bed and the bedding was dirty , smelly and all kinds of stains everywhere the pictures that I Will upload will show everything and are proof. Expedia should not represent this property ever again to any of its clients."
