"We were allocated an upstairs room but the staff were very helpful carrying our large suitcase up and then down the stairs for us. The only down point of the room was the bus stop outside where busses waited for quite a while with motor running before heading off again....not the motels fault."

Didn’t receive an email re check in details prior to checking in, however, contacted property re same & was immediately sent mail details of check in. Third person bedding wasn’t set up, however, cleaner was still on site & provided me with bedding material for the sofa bed."
