Book this hotel room was dirty sheets had marks on them. Bathroom sink could be wiped down and visibly saw dust and spots from people previously. For a $200 hotel I should’ve just paid for the nicer ones pictures deceived how outdated this hotel is. I could get past all that the most major issue was the very next morning dozens of doors had papers slipped halfway under the door that had their name and address I’ve never seen a hotel print out the check out reports and put them halfway a door like that and when I complained at the desk, the woman stated that “they’re supposed to go under the door whoever did that during the night sorry”, no compensation for a breach of Information. would not stay again

This was an average hotel. It is showing its age. The drapes and chair are in dire need of replaceing. They are showing their age. Its not the properties fault but kids were running up and down the hallway aft 9pm.

Black mold in the bathroom. Shower knob is broken. Closet door lock is hangin on to its dear life. The back door doesn't close all the way, God forbid someone forgets to close it. Ice machine area is dark and dingy.. Pool is filthy, people are so loud. Hot tob doesnt have enough water. No towels in the pool area. I don't usually give poor reviews but this one really hit me bad.

This was absolutely one of the worst places that I stayed at in a long time. The property is in serious need of updating. The entire building smelled like smoke. People constantly outside smoking at all of the entrances even though the sign says please move 25 feet away from the building. We we arrived it was dark out and there was an outside light that was pointed at the building and strobing. I jokingly said we better not be by that light. Imagine my surprise when we went to our room to find out that we were in the room that the light was pointed at. After closing the drapes and shutting off my room light you could still see the strobing. I called the front desk to ask for a new room after explaining the situation and was told to close the drapes. I explained that even with them closed the strobing was still coming in my room. The front desk said that they would send someone up. It was change of shift so the new front desk person came and said the same thing "just close the drapes". Finally I got a new room, requested on the other side of the building and ended up getting moved 4 rooms down on the same side. No maintenance on call to fix the issue and didn't seem to care. After parking to enter the building the door was propped open so people could get into the building because the door did not unlock automatically this was broken. The building is super long so you had to walk all the way around the building to get in. Very poor upkeep.

The rooms smelled awful, it states non smoking but as soon as you get in the hallway it reeked of cigarettes smoke among other things, mold in the bathroom my son was afraid to sleep there thought he was gonna catch something, checked his bed several times for bed bugs, refused to shower because of the mold, my other children’s room they left an ionizer in there and the room smelled of drugs and formaldehyde. For the large amount of money I spent on these rooms I was disgusted!
