"The staff told us multiple times maintenance was coming. I waited until 130 am the first night. Went to the front desk as soon as we got up and told them of the issue and that I’d been down multiple times. She said they’d get someone asap. 5 hrs later we switched rooms. "

"Our front desk person was awesome at check in. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was spacious and clean. And i do mean CLEAN. The shower and bath products were higher quality and gentle. Big shower with awesome water pressure. "

"Everything was amazing! Loved the breakfast buffet, loved the room, was clean, NO bugs which was so nice. The water pressure was top tier and so was the water heat too haha. Very enjoyable stay!:))"
