"Monica at the front desk was great. Our original room was right next to the interstate, did not sleep at all. Next morning I went to the front desk and asked about getting a different room away from the interstate and Monica found a new room and she found another room for me away from the interstate."

"Yay I had a very short stay. The space is cool. If you’re drawn to places that have existed for a century, or close to, this would be up your alley.
The breakfast was satisfying. The atmosphere was chill, staff was attentive and courteous.
Had no complaints and found it to be a pleasant stay.
And if it is not already on your radar, the hotel is right across the street from the springs, which is one of the best places to spend a few hours or a day or a few days."

"I booked a suite via Expedia for this property. When I got there, my room was not a suite. When I spoke to the front desk, they claimed that all of their rooms were suites. When I showed her a picture of what I was expecting (a room with a pull out couch), she still said what I had was a suite (it was a regular room with no couch). She then blamed me for using Expedia. I was charged extra to get what I had already booked. I tried to call the corporate office. They told me to go back to the front desk (I had already tried twice) or complain to Expedia. I had provided the receipt from Expedia that clearly said suite. I told them it was not my responsibility to communicate with Expedia. It was their company's job to make sure that they are communicating adequately with third party vendors that they use like Expedia. I was told a formal complaint was made, but heard nothing else. I don't understand why I was told all rooms were suites (when they clearly were not). Other than this issue, the hotel and the stay were lovely. "
