โWe appreciate that the hotel now has window unit AC, it was warm during our stay. Also, Ryan Lytrell was very helpful sort out a restaurant bill, and one of the desk clerks, Sola? went out of his way to help us print our boarding passes.โ
โOur room was very clean. The rooms are a little dated but the bathroom/shower was nice. Good amount of space in rooms. The breakfast had gluten free options which is hard to find on the road. Property was nice and quiet. The gardens were beautiful you can tell someone takes a lot of time maintaining them. I would stay here again!โ
โIt was my first time staying in this hotel, and it was a very nice experience. It is conveniently placed right next to the gondola that takes you up to the Glenwood Caverns amusement park, and right behind is a trail to the Iron Mountain Hotsprings. My room had a hot tub in it that was clean and well maintained. Overall experience for me was a 5/5โ
โI just didn't like that our room was closed to be the breakfast area and right at 7:00am the noise from people was crazy. I think a room in a different floor would be the best. โ
