Wij hadden een waterkoker die vol zat met kalk, de volgende dag stond er een nieuwe voor ons klaar nadat we het bij de receptie hadden doorgegeven. Dat is de service die je hoopt te krijgen en het hotel voldeed daar helemaal aan. ”
“It was fantastic experience to stay in this hotel. but unfortunately it was a record-high temperature during my stay in netherland (mid of june,2017), and there were no air-conditioner in our room. it was only issue for me. Except that 1) easy access to the maastricht and valkenburg 2) fantastic view of old-castle-like hotel 3) privacy and silence 4) etc. were really facinated us.”
