Location is basically right on Times Square,

Everything was great.

The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Room was clean. Nice people. Wi-Fi was good. The only thing was the entrance door didn't isolate the noise from others rooms almost at all. I was able to hear everything in the hotel. It'd be great if they change the doors. Also, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Great location right in the heart of Times Square. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The main downside for us was the room size. For the price, it felt extremely small. We booked a room with two beds for two adults and one child, and it was quite tight with limited space to move around, though I understand room preferences and expectations can vary. I also ordered an Old Fashioned at Sessions and another through room service and found the quality a bit underwhelming compared to what I expected. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a prime location, and I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples.
