"The hotel staff were kind, helpful, friendly, and asked if we needed anything several times in our two day stay. They met and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, the bathroom was awesome with separate toilet room, shower, tub, and two sinks. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Verge Kalifa (the tallest building in the world). "

I wish I could transfer this level of greatness to my tram. We were treated like royalty. The satff is amazing and beyond accommodating. It was beyond 5 star. I cant wait to return. "Me and my husband stayed in the room with the waterfront balcony view. It was nothing short of stunning and amazing! The room was in perfect condition with all the amenities there from a coffee machine to internet with youtube on the tv. The room was in modern condition. I loved the beige tones. Room service was always on point. If there was one regret it was that we didn’t stay long enough!! This is our spot to come to in Dubai since everything was so convenient to us. Brilliant staff very friendly and always seconds away from helping. "
