Leckeres Frühstück - Kein Parkplatzproblem

Grundsätzlich hat es gepasst. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer ebenso. Das Treppenhaus war nicht gereinigt und in einem unsauberen Zustand. Es gab genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Leider wurde das Zimmer bei 2 Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt. Mit den Handtüchern war man auch recht sparsam.

Für zwei Nächte war die Unterkunft ok. Zimmer waren an für sich nicht dreckig, Geruch war dem Alter des Gebäude entsprechend - sehr altbacken. WC-Schüsseln die halb abfallen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel/ Gasthaus (1995), Investitionsstau. Die absolute Ruhe ist ein Pluspunkt und idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Das Personal muss an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten, Küche des Hauses ist okay.

Das Hotel ist älteres Baujahr und die Einrichtung ebenfalls. Das muss einem bewusst sein. Allerdings wenn man das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in der Gegend betrachtet ist das okay. Der Kinderstuhl für unseren Sohn war leider sehr dreckig und wir haben ihn erstmal gesäubert. Das Frühstück war okay. Ausreichend Auswahl von Käse, Wurst, Semmel etc war vorhanden. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und preiswert. Die Bedienungen Abends waren sehr freundlich.

Gut bürgerlich

Gut bürgerliches Hotel. Leider war die Anfahrt wegen der 2 Teile des Ortes etwas schwieriger.Ein Besserer Hinweis auf der Anmeldung / Internetseite auf den Ortsteil Pabstdort wäre hilfreich. Erst das Navi hat uns weitergeholfen. Für Gäste im Sommer sicherlich gut, im Winter gewöhrungsbedürftig.

One of the main problems we had with this hotel is the total lack of english speaking personnel which made all communications extremely difficult. But that was not the worst problem: while one of the two ladies that run the place (sorry I don't know her name, but she's the tall one with glasses) was extremely nice and helpful and service oriented, the other one was, in our pinion, much less friendly. When we arrived and asked for the wi-fi (advertised as included and free when we booked) we were "told" that it was broken and therefore unavailable. We asked for the password anyway, since I wanted to see for myself and we were met at first with some resistance. When finally this second lady gave us the password and we saw that internet was blocked, I tried to explain that we had actually paid for the wi-fi, as it was included in the price and advertised as free. The lady became immediately agitated and rather aggressive, I have no idea what she said but I think she was getting quite angry at the idea that they could be responsible for refunding us any money (which they never did, in any case. Also the same lady, after our only dinner at the restaurant, refused to give us a receipt: again, since she only spoke german, I have no idea of what reason she gave us for not delivering the receipt. After our first night, we came back to the room in the late afternoon and found the room had not been made. For two days they forgot to replace the used shower-gel bag.

Warto sprawdzić

Hotel przyjemny w dobrej, spokojnej miejscowości. Bardzo czysto. Obsługa bardzo miła. Na minus jednak działa fakt, że rezerwując pokój 3-osobowy (trzy dorosłe osoby) trzecie łóżko było zbyt małe (tzw. polówka) jak na dziecko. Ponadto bardzo nieprzyjemnie pachniało tytoniem (przed wejściem do hotelu-przy drzwiach umiejscowiono popielniczki jako palarnie).
