"Great service, clean and friendly "

"We loved the Oriental Hotel! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service was amazing. The first night we were there I felt like the AC wasn’t that cold. They immediately sent someone to check it out. They checked and cleaned the AC duct and it was instantly better. The amenities are really great too. They provide toiletries and pajamas. There is a laundry room, Lawson, and even free Disney transport. It’s close to a mall and the train/subway station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

"Bay view with Mount Fuji on the background was fantastic Awesome facilities and great food. The only drawback was the buffet options on our first night, which prevented us from going back any of the subsequent days. To their credit we were there quite late in the evening which may have affected the food options."
