The indoor parking was tight and somewhat difficult to negotiate. But the did have indoor gated parking. The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and access to the main road was convenient.

Quarto limpo, cama grande e confortável, funcionários atenciosos e muito educados. Estacionamento de fácil acesso. Porém no quarto havia uma trava de segurança da porta quebrada e o café da manhã tem pouca variedade.

Café ruim

Café da manhã muito fraco. Sem mamão, suco de laranja. Os pães com aspecto de amanhecido. Caiu a quantidade do Café. Toalhas com cheiro de mal lavada. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Só ajustar o café da manhã e cobrar da lavanderia mais qualidade.

Foi uma estada ótima. Quero destacar o bom atendimento da recepção, especialmente, do atendente Daniel, que atendeu com simpatia, competência e muito profissionalismo. Asra. Brunela, sempre atenciosa, educada e muito simpática. A senhora, que cuidou da limpeza do meu quarto sempre deixou tudo bem limpinho e cheiroso. Como sugestão: Considero importante o hotel fazer melhorias nos travesseiros.

O quarto e o banheiro atenderam muito bem as expectativas. O chuveiro é muito bom. A cama é muito confortável. O quarto é amplo e muito espaçoso. Acredito que três pontos poderiam ser melhores, mas levando em conta o custo benefício podem até ser ignorados. 1) o cheiro de quarto fechado que poderia ser resolvido com um difusor de ambiente ou outro tipo de odorizador (ex: bom-ar). 2) A cortina black out ser milimetricamente do tamanho da janela e, por isso, deixa escapar alguns feixes de luz. 3) o café da manhã com opções mais frescas de pães e roscas (o pão de queijo estava perfeito).

Experiência muito boa. Bom atendimento, limpeza ok, espaços do hotel muito bons. Visualmente bonito, bem decorado. Passa uma ótima impressão. Restaurante serve boa comida em boa quantidade. Café da manhã padrão, com boa variedade; entre pães e seus derivados, frios, sucos, iogurte... Quarto muito bom.* Minha única ressalva é justamente sobre o quarto(417): por ser próximo ao elevador, durante a noite; quando o silêncio é maior, da para escutar o barulho do motor. O que incomoda um pouco. Mas nada que me faria diminuto o valor das minhas experiências. Acho que uma nota 9 é bem merecida
