Recepção nada amigavel e sempre vazia a recepção. Sai as 02:00 am não havia ninguém na recepção para pedir um taxi ou efetuar o check out. A porta do estacionamento só encostada Nos passa insegurança.

Estacionamento com manobrista, foi tranquilo. Quarto com muitos pontos de umidade, móveis deteriorados, cheiro de mofo. Banheiro só funciona a água quente (queimando). Instalações elétricas aparentes com risco de choque elétrico, se tiver crianças pequenas, não recomendo.

O hotel precisa de reforma completa, no corredor onde ficamos tinha balde para goteira, a luz de um dos quartos estava piscando, no outro quarto o teto tem muito mofo. Faltou cordialidade por parte dos funcionários do café.

Quarto sujo, lençois e cobertor estavam sujos, travesseiros muito muito antigos, sujos, fedendo a suor e mofados (só servem para lixo). Após falar com a equipe, os lençóis e toalhas foram trocados por outros realmente limpos, que tinham chegado da lavanderia. Todos os travesseiros do hotel estão no mesmo estado ruim, pedi um cobertor para fazer de travesseiro. Equipe é educada, atenciosa e prestativa. A academia muito mais suja e sem equipamentos.

Requer manutenção (pelo menos o quarto 308).

Ar condicionado do quarto 308, com barulho insuportável, teto com teia de aranha, chão do box sujo, cama "king size" na verdade são 2 camas juntas, o q deixa vão na cama, péssimo isolamento acústico (o barulho da avenida entra todo no quarto), cortina curta, o que deixa iluminação indesejada entrar.

O café da manhã é muito saboroso, quartos limpos. Porém o hotel precisa de manutenção as torneiras ficam pingando, porta do banheiro não fecha e a água do chuveiro não escorria totalmente ficando empossada. Porém nada que prejudique a estadia ou o conforto.

Tive problema no 1º quarto, o ar pingava dentro e o cartão magnético se desconectava toda hora, cortando a energia do quarto, mas ao reclamar o pessoal me trocou de quarto e foi resolvido. Quanto ao café, não experimentei nenhum dia. O quarto estava bem limpo, a cama confortável. Pelo preço pago vale a pena, voltarei mais vezes.
