Gold Butte National Monument Tours

We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the room. Staff was very helpful. But, if you are going to charge a resort fee and then charge a lot of money to take a sauna that's not reasonable. There should be a hot tub that is accessible for guests that stay in the hotel and pay the resort fee. $120 to take a sauna and a jacuzzi? No thank you. That said, loved the drink credit as an incentive. Overall very good experience. Just really wanted access to the spa without that crazy fee. $20? Sure. $40? Ok. $120? Pschah!

Hotel is a very central location on the strip. The hotel has 4000 rooms so if you have mobility issues it might be a lot. I said I had a disability checking in and my room was still super far from the elevator. Vip food credit I received for being gold member was not allowed for room service was was not told to me and link for rules was broken. the hotel did end up giving it to me but had to stand in line for 20 minutes to get sorted which wasn't ideal. Staff were all freindly.
