Beautiful swimming pool but the apartment was very poor quality and not very clean. The carpet and sofas need replacing, or at least cleaning. The outside balcony had not been swept or mopped. Overall a very shabby apartment.

A lovely apartment with a great pool for the price

We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in staff were LOVELY, the pool is amazing, the 3 bed apartment was large and clean, albeit a little dated. The price was excellent!!

Lovely man on the reception - very helpful. Great pool,nice and clean apartment and spacious enough. Air conditioning was fantastic! Easy to find, close to shops and wherever we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Holiday

Conveniently located close to Pacific Fair Mall, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. My two kids loved the pool which is well maintained. Townhouse is located in a quite complex and has all the comfort of a home.

Cute Place for a Family Getaway

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us a late check out which was very nice. Had the amenities we needed in an apartment - particularly a washer and dryer - so it did the job.

The staff were helpful and nice. The security was great. Nice sized unit. Very quiet complex. We would stay again.

Amazing 3 bedroom apartment with everything that a family needed. Pool and spa were a hit and secure parking was a bonus.

The carpet and curtains could definitley do with an upgrade. More toilet rolls, sugar and coffee wouldn't go amiss. You will need to get a code for each of your devices from the office otherwise the wifi wont work. Our biggest annoyance would be the tenants living in the apartment next to us whom liked to have very loud arguments and swearing early in the morning. Besides all this, the manager is very nice and very accomodating and our family very much enjoyed our stay here and I would definately recommend it for families.

Great pool.

Great pool. Definitely the highlight of the whole accommodation. 3 bedroom villa was very roomy tidy and comfortable. Kitchen could do with a few more items to make cooking easier but overall was adequate. Great location too. Close to shops and beach and take away shops and restaurants.

Not Clean

We stayed here for our holiday for 9 days. The location to the central part of the Gold Coast and Pacific Fair was ideal. Has a large pool and spa, which was great. Our room was large, 2 bedrooms, with ensuite, laundry and kitchen. The cleanliness was most disappointing, found the tv remote under a lounge cushion, which apart from the remote, had a toothbrush, chips and lollipop sticks under there too! The glass sliding doors were covered in hand prints, smudges and other slimey things, the balcony had 6 discarded cigarette butts there on the floor. We bought our own cleaning products and cleaned the place on the first morning, including air freshener. The crockery and cutlery also needed to be washed before use. The towels and bed linen were clean however.

Large Apartment with aircon

Large spacious apartment. A bit older style with everything you need including aircon and Foxtel. The pool and spa pool were great. Close to Pacific Fair shops. Across highway from beach but close enough to walk to surf patrol beach each day.

Have stayed here before and had a great time. However this time room was dirty, toilet leaking, no hot water. Only there for one night. Staff were very apologetic next morning but that didn't change the state of the room.

Disappointed Stay

The bed was absolutely awful. No free Wi-Fi as advertised. Kitchen sink filthy. Only goid thing I can say about experience was the bathroom was ok. So pleased I was only there for one night. I was in room 46. Never again!!
