This is our second time staying at these apartment. And I am extremely impressed with with the manager ability to accommodate for a large family such as mine it was an amazing experience staying in these apartments the manager of these apartments is very friendly and when there was booking errors he was unbelievable helpful and understanding the manager greatly contributed to an excellent stay and i one hundred percent recommended staying here for a phenomenal experience

This apartment is perfect for a family. Everyone found their beds comfortable. The children enjoyed playing in the heated pool every day. Great location. Near the beach and within walking distance to either Broadbeach or Surface Paradise.

Management was great, giving us access a little early which was very much appreciated. Only negative was the lack of staples such at toilet paper, tissues etc. When you are paying public holiday premium rates, not sure why it is necessary to be so stingy on such necessities.

The apartment was excellent. The apartment manager was friendly and always more than willing to help. Only negatives are the oven trays a bit grubby and the wifi system needs to be updated as it is next to useless. Also note low to the ground cars will scrape entering under ground park.

Good budget option

Great place to stay on a budget. Close to beach. Lovely friendly and helpful manager. Nice pool area. Property is older and showing wear and tear but considering the price, this is acceptable.

Good value for money, with an apartment that has everything you need to relax and enjoy for a few days. 4 of out 5 as we enjoyed our time, just a mark off for one of the bathrooms not being super clean. But we would stay here again. Good for families.

Relaxed and comfy in Surfers

Spacious and comfortable two bedroom apartment including roomy balcony set in a tropical garden setting. With pool and BBQ facilities and good security this was a pleasant and relaxing holiday for me.

Awful and will avoid in the future!

From the start our stay was made uncomfortable! We were told we got the room for a bargain as they hadn’t had a chance to change the price, also telling us this was their nest egg/super fund for retirement! The whole check in was a lecture and told that basically everything was on security cameras! I asked if my niece and brother could have a swim as they were visiting us (not staying), to which we are approved (until check out). The only good thing about the unit was the kitchen, and the beds were ok, everything else was old with marks all over the walls, old bathrooms with dirty drains. Upon checking out, we were reminded 3 times to wash up and take out garbage (which we had already done!), my husband was accused of having more than 6 guests in the unit (after we told him my brother was visiting) to which he replied, the security cameras picked up more than 6 guests and a lot of luggage! My husband was also walked back through the unit to check that we hadn’t trashed the place! Of all of the travel we have done across the world, this has never happened!!!

They booked someone else under my name.

The experience started out on the wrong foot right to begin with. Upon arrival and check in we were told that they booked someone else under our name and allowed that person to sign papers under my name .. let’s be honest that other person didn’t check the papers either... so we ended up getting the other persons room. The room was tidy and what we needed however one set of the 2 keys we were given didn’t work on any of the doors or air conditioning. We then had some rules that were not stated on website such as ... no swearing ... no balcony after 10pm ... no hanging towels ect off railing.. and many more. Fine rules some are a little excessive but we just would have liked to have known about them ! The doors to the balcony were very old and heavy and hardly worked and the internet did not connect to more then one device so only one of the 7 people in our apprtment were allowed on the VERY slow internet. Otherwise close to the tram and beach in good location.
