"It’s good for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated having different heat controls in each room! However there is a dehumidifier in the main room, which runs all the time. We stayed for a week so we would shut it off at night so we could sleep and leave it on during the day. We had to empty it a couple times and it was full! "Amazing staff, amazing management. I have stayed in hotels through work for the last 15 years…. I have also travelled to 25 other countries. This is a really family friendly hotel. Amazing views, amazing location and friendly staff. I called front desk on my drive from Kelowna and she made sure things went smooth. Pool is super clean, indoor and room temperature (22 degrees) when the weather outside is around approximately 5 degrees."
