perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. We were on the all inclusive plan, and it was just perfect! The food was delicious and hot with a large selection of salads, soups, different meats, etc., the chef is always there and always in a position to serve the guests, a big thank you to the chef for the dedicated service! The waiters always smile and give good and efficient service. The reception service at the hotel is always available, attentive and creative for any question and request. Just a perfect hotel, we will come again and recommend to everyone at every opportunity! Thank you so much for wonderful time!

We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this hotel, The apartment room was lovely modern and spacious with large balcony and furniture. Everything worked perfect and was very clean. Great spa facility on site and small gym. Large swimming pool was very nice. The all inclusive food was delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner even snacks and drinks. Very delicious Bulgarian and international food with a large variety of fresh salad and meat everything you could want, Very good chefs and waiting staff. The staff were all very friendly and should be proud of themselves for their good work. I would highly recommend this hotel as it seems to be one of the nicest places in the area and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

It was second time at this hotel. Everything it was ok less sleeping on a very hard sofa wich was very uncomfortable. Although i asked for a topper at the reception but the problem was not solved. Improvements should be made to the cleanliness of the room and balcony.

Schönes Hotel, sehr zentral ca 5 Minuten bis zum Strand bzw. Promenade aber trotzdem nicht laut, großer Pool und sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch täglich gereinigt, nur das Schlafsofa war sehr hart zum übernachten aber die Betten waren bequem, Klima funktioniert auch sehr gut. Leider war der W-LAN empfang in den Zimmern nicht so gut, im Lobby Bereich und im Restaurant war es deutlich besser. Das Essen war auch gut, es gab immer eine große Auswahl, nur leider gab es Zuviel Plastik Becher für die Getränke statt Gläser was für die Umwelt nicht das beste ist aber im allgemeinen war alles sehr gut. Ich empfehle es ( trotz kleinere Mängel) weiter und komme selbst mit meine Familie gerne wieder!

חדרים מרווחים, ארוחת בוקר לא טובה ולא נוחה (המתנה מאוד ארוכה למציאת שולחן, המתנה ארוכה לחביתה וכו') שירות לא טוב, פקידת הקבלה אפטית - שאלנו שאלות היא לא ידעה לענות ואמרה שתחזור אלינו עם תשובה - לאחר שהלכנו לשאול שנית , היא לא ידעה שוב את התשובה. מיקום בחולות הזהב אחלה. אין מיזוג אוויר במזדרונות - חם מאוד!

Das Hotel war als ausgangspunkt für einen Partyurlaub gebucht. Zwei Männer (40) und (43). Wir hatten eine 2 Schlafzimmer Suite 86qm. Das Zimmer selbst hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Küche, haben wir nie benutzt. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Alles war so weit sauber,und die Betten waren in Ordnung. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, und haben es auch zwei mal zum Frühstück geschafft. Es findet sich für jeden was. Es werden frische Pfannkuchen, Waffeln und Spiegeleier gemacht. Einmal waren wir auch zum Abend Buffet. Kann man für 18Leva pro Person an der Rezeption kaufen. Naja auch hier findet sich was, aber ich fand das essen auch eher lauwarm , bis kalt. Das hatte ich auch schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen und kann es für diesen einen Abend bestätigen.Ob ich all inklusive buchen würde weiß ich nicht? Da ich mir auch nicht vorstellen kann das , dass essen sehr groß variiert Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an die Unterkunft, es sollte warmes Wasser zum duschen geben, und sauber sein. Und nicht so ein kleines Zimmerchen. Zum Personal, das war zu uns freundlich und nett. Wenn man realistisch ran geht wird man auch nicht enttäuscht. Alle Party Spots sind fuss läufig erreichbar.

Adresse à retenir et à recommander

Très bel appartement, l'accueil d'Anne-Marie fût d'un professionnalisme irréprochable. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour, même quand la météo n'y est pas. Le restaurant est à recommander également.

Perhelomalla syyskuun lopulla

Huoneisto oli tilava. Hinta/laatu suhde oli myös hyvä. Hotellilla oli monipuolinen aamupala, mutta se heikkeni loppuviikkoa kohden, koska lomakausi oli päättymässä. Allasalue oli hyvä sekä sijainti lähellä rantaa ja rantakadun ravintoloita. Wifi toimi paikoin huonosti ja huoneen siivouksessa oli toivomisen varaa.

In den Jahren gebliebenes Haus.

Das Hotel entspricht höchstens 2* Kategorie, das so genannte Restaurant ist je eine Kantine. Das Personal war sehr höflich und uns behilflich, besonders der Transferfahrer. Von der Ausstattung allgemein und von der Lage sind wir sehr enttäuscht, wir werden nie wieder diese Unterkunft besuchen.

Le séjour était assez bien dans l'ensemble mais incite beaucoup trop à manger au restaurant, dans la cuisine nous avons une poêle et une sorte de marmite qui ne tiennent pas à 2 sur la plaque chauffante, 6 assiettes, 6 verres, 6 couverts,... Quelques animations mais je trouve ça un peut juste. Rien à visiter dans le coin si vous n'avez pas de voiture (sinon prévoir un budget pour le taxis)

Heruntergekommenes Apart Hotel

Meine Freunde und ich (zwischen 20 und 21 Jahre alt) haben das Hotel für 6 Nächte vom 13.08.18 - 19.08.18 gebucht. Bereits bei der Ankunft im Hotel hatten wir ein schlechtes Gefühl - in der Lobby stinkte es nach Fisch, die Teppiche waren dreckig und die Wände abgenutzt. Das Einchecken verlief gut, wir hatte keine Probleme. Hotelzimmer: Es hatte unübersehbare Einbruchsspuren an der Aussentür. Das Bad war dreckig und die Wände waren uneben und hatten bereits Risse welche lediglich mit Farbe überdeckt wurden (sind immer noch deutlich zu sehen). Auf dem Boden waren etliche Kratzspuren und die Betten waren schräg im Raum platziert (Die Putzfrau hatte es wohl eilig ..) Zudem war ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon kaputt. Service: Wir hatten zweimal das Vergnügen, dass unsere Tür kaputt ging. Eigentlich nicht schlimm jedoch waren wir im Raum eingeschlossen und konnten nur rausgehen wenn wir über den Balkon der Nachbarn kletterten. Wie auch immer, das Personal war schnell vor Ort und gingen sehr routiniert an das Problem heran (War sicher nicht das Erste Mal). Am Tag vor unserem Abflug hatten wir das gleiche Problem. Nur war es bereits nach 18:00 und kein Techniker war vor Ort. Erschwerend kahm hinzu, dass wir am Nächsten Tag um 07:00 das Hotel verlassen mussten und dann noch immer kein Techniker arbeitet. Glücklicherweise hatten wir nette Nachbarn welche uns am Morgen um 07:00 über den Balkon klettern liessen (Natürlich mit Gepäck)

Bare sånn passe bra!

Hotellet lå fint til, men service var dårlig og renhold på rommet sånn passe. Dette gjaldt spesielt skifting av sengetøy og håndkler og påfylling av toalettpapir. De tillot også at gjestene holdt av solsenger i løpet av tidlig morgen/natt slik at det omtrent var umulig å benytte bassenget.

Ganske fin lejlighed vi havde men sengene der var der, var utrolig dårlig, madrassen var helt flad på midten. Vågnede hver morgen med ondt i ryggen. Da jeg spurgte personalet om en ny madras fik jeg besked om at det ikke var muligt at få en ny. Så jeg vågnede op hver morgen i 3 uger med rygsmerter

Modernes Appartementhotel mit kleinen Fehlern

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ dagegen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Kein Toaster, Keine Kaffeemaschine oder Teekanne, sehr wenig Geschirr und Gläser. Kochen wäre gar nicht möglich gewesen, da es nur einen Topf und eine kleine Pfanne gab. Auf unsere mehrmaligen Nachfragen haben wir keine Kanne oder Ähnliches bekommen, obwohl das Haus über ein Restaurant verfügt. Wer allerdings AI als Verpflegung wählt, benötigt so etwas nicht. Die Liegen am Pool wurden schon am Abend vorher von den Gästen belegt, so dass es kaum möglich war, eine Liege zu ergattern. Die Hotelleitung lässt das ohne Kommentar zu. Also, lieber den wunderschönen Strand genießen.

Excellent hotel - great value for money!

Hotel was excellent, super location, shops, bars, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Absolutely immaculate cleanliness and well maintained. I only had breakfast once, so can't really comment on food, however, the breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We stayed on 3rd floor with a sea view and large balcony overlooking the pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
