"Viajamos em dois adultos e duas criancas. Fomos recepcionados por duas funcionárias e ambas não falavam inglês. Isso dificultou bastante o check in. O hotel fica em frente a uma pequena praça e possui estacionamento próprio grátis. O quarto não tem frigobar, o wifi é bem ruim e as camas ok. "Il residence è nuovissimo e tenuto perfettamente. Appartamento fornito di tutti i comfort (apprezzatissima la presenza della lavatrice, nonché del lavatoio).
Volendo trovare il pelo nell'uovo: alla consegna dell'appartamento ci era stato detto che si sarebbero occupati di smaltire la spazzatura ma, al controllo per la riconsegna ci è stato detto che dovevamo buttarla noi.
Inoltre, consiglio ai gestori vivamente di fare un buon check delle cose presenti all'arrivo, perchè insinuare di aver fatto...
