"Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food. "

"The animation team at the pool were superb! Made the holiday for my daughter.
Breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, well stocked and tasty.

"The hotel is ideal for families with children. Staff is very friendly. The location is great because Siam park and many nice restaurants are within 20 minutes of walking distance. The pool restaurant may improve the quality of the food and drinks. "
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here. "
"Best accommodation ever two bedroom upstairs. Separate en-suite. Shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid pool towels etc all included and air condition in price. Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony.
However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows.
The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable ."
