"This property is such a lovely stat. Right in downtown Mesa but not loud or super busy. Easily within walking distance of restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and confortable. I will definitely stay here again if im in the area."

"There was blood splattered on the ceiling and shower curtain rod over the tub. Tiles around the tub were missing. There was no hairdryer. I was ogled by worker men whenever I went in or out of my room. The mattress was worn & uncomfortable, the a/c unit was dirty and rattled, and the stairwell leading to my room was gross. I got a refund and found another hotel instead."

No kitchen supplies, pay additional $50 for supplies if you want. Called office BIG JOKE! Went &got cleaning supplies. Had housekeeping give CLEAN blankets slept on top of bed. Locked my door @ all times, ppl outside hanging out loud music late night to early RIDICULOUS. YES I could of left just 1 1/2 days for my bathroom remodel. Never Stay at this Establishment.. Disgusting "
