"The property itself is beautiful. We stayed in the adults only lagoon. The day we got there they had emptied the lagoon and were filling it back up so we only got to swim in it the one day. The 4 star review is because of this, the staff when we got there really didn’t care and didn’t offer us anything, just expected us to suck it up even though we paid extra for that room. On Gill T the only way to get back and forth from the harbour with luggage is by the horses. It sounds cute but it is not! The horses are extremely overworked, hot, and dehydrated. Please don’t pack heavy going there. The staff were friendly enough, not as friendly as the mainland Bali, but none the less they were nice. The breakfast is insanely expensive so make sure to pay upfront for it while booking because it’s much cheaper. I would recommend staying in a villa, we had friends who stayed there and it was amazing. I also think the villa people have a much better experience at this place compared to an average room. Theres no coffee machine in the adults only lagoon room and it’s way at the back of the property. Along walk to the front but it is quiet so take that as you will. All in all, I wouldn’t be back. The hotel is very expensive and high end, we didn’t really fit in there and I’m not a fan of Gili T as an island. Mainly because of the treatment of the horses. I would skip the island all together and explore Lombok or main Gili more."

"The most original and fun hotel! When I booked this pink hotel I didn't know what to expect. After researching everything on Gili Air it seemed the best and it blew away everything else on the island when we got there! Ana Guysenova manages this property and made sure every last detail was perfect for my group. She helped us with reservations every night and made sure we go the best table. Helped us do the private pink boat to snorkel. She was part of the girls and we wanted to take her with us♡ Thank you for making our stay so special!!! The hotel itself is perfect for a few days away. Its set away from all the busy areas on the nicest section of the island. All adults which I love. Rooms are beautiful and every day they left a treat or surprise in our room. The breakfast is to die for. Love that it isn't a buffet. The fish burger was so good I had it four times for lunch and dinner. We ventured out a few times but always came back because the food was so much better there! The pool is the perfect temperature and they had free drinks and snacks all day. You can't go wrong staying here. I'm already booked for next year with my group!"
