"When I got into the room, the TV was broken. I talked to the manager and he replaced it with a brand new TV within about 30 minutes. The staff was very helpful. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the room was clean."

"The room had a lot of floor space, the room and hotel were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area was very nice (great kiddie pool too for families with small children). I loved everything about the hotel except the bed. It was quite hard and therefore not very comfortable."
